Service and website
Molniya VPN is provided by Rudaki, Inc. Support: jaman2001jj@gmail.com. The app lets you use its configured VPN servers after activating free or paid access. The website provides information and support; it does not accept payments.
Distribution of the public version through the App Store depends on Apple’s approval. Purchases in development and TestFlight builds use Apple’s Sandbox test environment without financial charges; a test purchase is not payment for a public subscription.
Apple subscriptions
The app offers plans lasting 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. Each plan provides the same in-app VPN access for its selected period. The subscription screen and Apple’s system purchase screen show your storefront’s actual price, duration, and renewal terms. Apple determines purchase and renewal pricing for the selected region.
Apple charges the full price of the selected period after confirmation. The subscription renews automatically until canceled under Apple’s terms. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. If you buy a subscription during separate free access, the purchase is charged immediately; free access does not defer billing.
No separate Molniya VPN account is required. Restore using the Apple Account used for the purchase and the app’s Restore Purchases button. Apple-verified access can be restored on other supported devices using the same Apple Account.
Free access
The app provides a separate ten-day period of free access once per device. It starts when you select Try for Free, requires no card or purchase, and does not automatically become a paid subscription. It is not an Apple introductory offer or a free period within an auto-renewable subscription.
After ten days, VPN access ends unless you have an active Apple subscription. To continue, you may independently purchase a plan in the app. Reopening the app does not start a new period; the original dates are stored separately on the device and may remain after app removal.
Cancellation and refunds
Removing the app or withdrawing VPN consent does not cancel renewal. Use Apple subscription management, or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Apple’s instructions.
You can request a refund for an Apple purchase through Apple. Apple decides under its policies and applicable law. If a purchase is confirmed but access is missing, restore and contact support first; there is no need to pay again.
Use and availability
Use the app lawfully and respect others’ rights. Do not use the service for attacks, malware distribution, fraud, or network disruption. Do not share secret VPN configurations or your account credentials.
Speed and availability depend on your network, routing, selected server, and restrictions where you use the app. VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity or access to every resource. We do not promise a particular speed, unlimited simultaneous connections, or the absence of all infrastructure logs.
Documents and contact
The App Store app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms additionally describe the VPN service and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
