Who provides the service
Molniya VPN is provided by Rudaki, Inc. For support, privacy questions, and data-deletion requests, contact jaman2001jj@gmail.com.
In the current version, purchases are made through Apple. Using the app does not create a separate Molniya VPN account or require a separate Sign in with Apple process. Apple handles payment details; the app does not receive your full payment-card number or Apple Account password.
Apple subscriptions
The app receives Apple-verified purchase information: transaction and original-purchase identifiers, the product purchased, purchase date, validity period, renewal status, refunds, and revocations. This information determines your paid access period, restores purchases, and ends access when eligibility ends.
Subscriptions are verified on the device through StoreKit. In the current version, purchase confirmations are not sent to a separate Molniya account server. Apple processes payments and subscription history under its privacy policy.
Ten days of free access
When you explicitly start free access, the app stores its start and end dates in the protected iOS Keychain on this device. This record contains no name, email address, or Apple Account identifier and does not synchronize through iCloud Keychain.
Free access is provided once per device, rather than once per Apple Account. The record is checked when the app is reopened and may remain after the app is removed. Reopening the app does not change the original dates. Starting free access requires no payment card, payment, or Apple subscription.
Configurations and network requests
Received VPN configurations, the selected server, and connection settings are used on the device. The app contacts the subscription server to load or update its server list. That server receives the request IP address, app and OS versions, device model, and a technical installation identifier scoped to that server. This is not an advertising ID; it supports compatibility, device accounting, and access delivery.
Latency checks send requests to the selected server. When VPN is enabled, network connections pass through the selected VPN server; that server and the DNS service process information required for routing and address resolution. VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity. This policy does not promise that all VPN infrastructure is free of logs.
Diagnostics and notifications
App diagnostic records are stored locally when diagnostics are enabled. You can view and clear them in Settings. The current version does not enable automatic error-report uploads to a Molniya server, advertising tracking, or third-party behavioral analytics.
Molniya remote notifications are not connected in the current version. If processing changes, we will update this policy and the information screen in the app before enabling new features.
Our VPN-service commitment
Rudaki, Inc. does not sell VPN users’ information, use it for unrelated purposes, or disclose it to third parties. VPN usage information is not used for advertising, profiling, or third-party analytics.
Website processing, voluntary support emails, and Apple payments are described separately in this policy. The website is not a VPN server.
Website and support messages
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect pages, Cloudflare processes technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information. This processing is described in the Cloudflare privacy policy. The website code does not include advertising pixels, behavioral analytics, registration, or payment forms.
When you email support, we receive your email address, message, and attachments. We use these to respond, investigate an issue, or handle a data request. Sender and recipient email services also process the correspondence. Do not send your Apple password, payment-card details, secret VPN links, or complete configurations.
When engaging providers to process information on our behalf, we require protection no lower than that stated in this policy. Apple, Cloudflare, and email services may process information in different countries under their policies and applicable law.
Retention and deletion
Settings and received VPN configurations are kept in the app’s local storage. Diagnostic records remain until cleared in Settings. App removal and removal of its ordinary local data follow iOS storage rules. The separate Keychain record of free-access dates is retained to recognize an already-used period and may remain after the app is removed.
Apple maintains the subscription information available through StoreKit. Clearing app data does not erase Apple history or cancel a subscription. Cloudflare handles website infrastructure processing under its own policies; we do not set a separate retention period for its infrastructure records.
Support correspondence is used while needed to resolve a request, meet mandatory requirements, or handle related disputes. You can request deletion of unnecessary correspondence through jaman2001jj@gmail.com. The current version does not create a separate Molniya server account.
Your choices
You can withdraw consent and disconnect VPN in the app’s Settings, and view or clear diagnostic records. You can remove the app through iOS. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you have sent to support, email jaman2001jj@gmail.com.
Apple subscriptions are managed separately. Withdrawing consent, disconnecting VPN, and removing the app do not cancel automatic renewal. Learn about data deletion. Rights and mandatory response periods depend on applicable law.
